[ He nods. Of course he does! Yu is a relaxing guy to be around, it's not surprising his taste in music reflects that calm and collected demeanor. It's not Yosuke's first choice of tunes, but they're nice. He could see this being the good type of music to just sit outside and zone out to. ]

If you like 'em, why get only one?

[ Yu probably remembers Yosuke's CD stacks from his room in Inaba. So maybe he's not the right person to ask. ]

We're not here on a budget, right?

[ Hmm...he listens to this for a moment, too. ]

Personally, I think I like this one better. [ Not at all because it sounds just like Yu and Yosuke would listen to it on repeat that would be creepy. ]

[ Yu hums, a thoughtful, warm sound, turning over the CDs in his hands. ]

No, you're right. I can definitely afford these with what I've saved up from my jobs.

[ He looks up at Yosuke's comment, his eyes searching his friend's face. That song... he likes it more? It's a bit of a sad one... about being alone. If he's honest with himself, he can identify with it. His life before Inaba... was a lot like what the song talks about. But now, there's just something strangely nostalgic about that, instead...

After all, he's not alone anymore.

Yeah, me too. But I think I'll just get all of them. [ His face crinkles with his smile. ] I can play you the full songs, that way.

[ Let's be honest here, if Yu felt he couldn't afford both of them, Yosuke would've bought them for him anyway. ]

Yosuke looks away, and it takes Yu a moment or two to catch up to the implications. Picutring the two of them sitting in his room, on his bed, sharing a pair of headphones...

With a soft "ah..." Yu ducks his head. Unfortunately(?), Yosuke will get to see the fact that the back of his neck and the tips of his ears have gone a bit red as he turns to head towards the registers. ]

... let me go pay for these. You can keep looking around, if you like. We're not in a hurry.
