... we remember a different ending.

Yu remembers that he left Inaba while it was still covered in fog. Teddie was missing and our uncle and cousin wasn’t present. He felt like everything was unresolved and that it was incomplete when he left.

I remember leaving Inaba on a sunny day and everyone was there, no one was missing. It felt like a proper ending, like everything was solved. It was peaceful and happy.

After I told him what I remembered, he closed himself off and refused to talk to me. It’s been nearly five days now.
