But, well. He's not really in any position to argue with her, is he? ]
Me?
[ Why me? He wants to ask. But rather than arguing, Yosuke walks over to the stairs, slowing as he draws closer. There's a door to the stairwell, which has a neon sign glowing above it. Yosuke looks up at the sign, gulps, and then tests the door...
[ It could definitely be a trap. Not that Yosuke really wants to be the guinea pig, here...
Still, he goes up a couple of steps as a test. Nothing happens. Well, he figures he can see if the door to the second floor is open, and lo' and behold... ]
Just some more stairs, but it looks like the next floor is unlocked too.
[There's a huff as his only real warning before one of Lucy's spectral hands appear, curling around her arm. An entire person was far too heavy for them to lift, but they could shove—which is what they did, pressing between Yosuke's shoulderblades and pushing forwards like a physical hand.
[ He would give her lip, but, you know that--that is rightfully terrifying. Or so he would think if he could see it. Though he is pushed forward, he glances over his shoulder he's...confused? Did she push him and run back...?
Erm...
Hm...either way...she's really the one in charge here.
No room to argue. He stumbles forward and walks up the stairs lest she push him again. And it's--very uneventful. In front of the door to the second floor, he takes a deep breath and opens it slowly... ]
[Lucy was somewhere between disbelief and feeling insulted. Equal measures of each.
Irritated, but still cautious, she put one foot on the stairs. The world failed to end, they failed to collapse, it was probably safe to take the next one. And the next, and the next.]
[ He's not sure if he should feel better to have her up on the second floor with him, but at least he thinks she'd attack a Retrospec employee before him if she had to make a choice. Probably. ]
Kinda suspicious, huh?
[ He'll keep the door open for her whens he makes it to the top. Though it opens to...one large room. Huh. ]

Lucy watches Yosuke just as much as the stairwell; nothing popped out of the walls, the steps didn't crumble—they didn't make any noise at all.]
What's in there?
[She's left the desk now to stand not quite at the base of the stairwell, staring up at the door left slightly open.
Also probably a trap.]

Lucy was at least four feet away.]

I was expecting a hallway...
